What is microneedling with RADIO FREQUENCY (RF)?
Microneedling with radiofrequency = RF microneedling is a minimally invasive, non-surgical skin rejuvenation technique that can treat a variety of skin concerns such as uneven skin tone and texture, fine lines and wrinkles, large pores, acne, acne scarring, reduces redness and rosacea, firms and tightens sagging skin, improves thread veins, tightens hooded eyelids, tramatic scarring and poor facial skin laxity.

The microneedling device creates small areas of damage within the dermis to stimulate the natural healing response and collagen production, while the radiofrequency energy waves gently heat the dermis and encourage collagen/elastin growth and skin tightening. The epidermis is not damaged during Microneedling with Radiofrequency so downtime is shorter.
 
Fine Lines & Wrinkles: Microdamage and RF energy stimulates collagen and elastin to plump skin.
Facial Skin Laxity: Microneedling increases the production of collagen and elastin to tone and tighten skin.

The results of a microneedling with radiofrequency treatment evolve over a few days or weeks as skin refreshes and rejuvenates. The results can persist for up to five years, and treatments can be performed monthly, although the timing of repeat treatments will be unique to each client.

What to Expect
Microneedling with radiofrequency helps to stimulate the body’s natural collagen and healing processes revealing firmer, rejuvenated skin. Treatment time will depend on area being treated anything from 20 – 80 minutes
 
Recovery time normally 24 hours depending on client sensitivity, some clients can see some redness and slight swelling immediately after which subsides very quickly within a few hours. Duration of results this varies according to age, lifestyle and condition of the skin. Can last up to 12 – 18 months before further treatment required
Ultrafine needles are used which penetrate the skin to different depths whilst simultaneously releasing RF energy to heat the skin in a controlled way. This stimulates a wound healing response leading to the production of new collagen and elastin.
